The end of the year is always a perfect time to stop and reflect, to appreciate what did (and didn’t) go right throughout the year.

For me, Soul Touched by Dogs has been the “gift that keeps on giving” .. the many Pawsome Humans I got to interview, the heart-warming support from so many that led to winning the Women in Podcasting Award, the many emails I received expressing appreciation .. more than anything for simply feeling heard and understood.

Isn’t that what we all want?

It’s been a tough year too with Good Boy Cai crossing the bridge. I’m approaching the holidays with somewhat mixed feelings .. thinking that it’ll be first without Cai makes the tears well up, but knowing he won’t have to worry about fireworks and imagining him running around lush fields with Leo brings a sense of peace.

So, in the spirit of peace, I’d like to say THANK YOU 🙏 for being here, for reading the Weekly Treat, for listening to the podcast, for joining me for live events - for being committed to being the best guardian and advocate you can be for your dog(s).

Usually people with huge hearts, passionate about helping but without the knowledge or resources to do it in an effective manner.
