I have no idea where the year went 😛 Feels like it started a month ago.

Starting Soul Touched by Dogs has no doubt been one of the highlights of my 2023, and it wouldn’t be what it is without YOU.

Panic to Peace - Holistic Approaches to Easing Anxiety in Rescue Dogs

A virtual conference for dog lovers: Feb 19-25, 2024

It’s for those who have adopted a dog who is anxious, perhaps reactive, struggling to overcome trauma or separation anxiety.

When your dog struggles, your life changes, and not for the better.

You can’t just go for relaxed strolls, have people over, or go out for a bit without stress and worry.

It can take the fun out of sharing your life with a dog.

Or maybe, you’re not sure whether adopting a dog is a good idea altogether. After all, you won’t know what kind of “baggage” you’ll have to deal with.

I’ve invited wonderful experts who will give you kind, gentle, holistic, connection-based tools and solutions so you feel equipped to support your dog.

This week’s Pawsome Humans: Christine A. Dorchak and Carey Theil - Authors of Brooklyn Goes Home

In this episode, I had the privilege of speaking with Christine and Carey, the founders of GREY2K USA Worldwide.

They are a non-profit advocacy organization working to end the cruelty of greyhound racing across the globe.

Christine and Carey shared their personal journeys and how they both became passionate about helping greyhounds.

I learned about the widespread issue of greyhound racing in different countries, including Spain, and the importance of raising awareness about the cruelty these dogs endure.

The highlight of the conversation was the inspiring story of Brooklyn, a greyhound they rescued from a dodgy race track in China and who became a symbol of hope and change (and the hero of their book Brooklyn Goes Home).
