In this episode, I had the pleasure of interviewing Sarah Jones, the owner of MyAnxiousDog.
Sarah shared her journey of creating a national awareness day called #dogsinyellow, inspired by her own dog Bella's anxiety and trauma.
We explored the importance of using yellow vests and accessories as a visual signal to inform others about a dog's anxiety and need for space.

A dear friend of mine recently lost her beloved cat. I don’t remember any Zoom call ever where Zoe wouldn’t hear a voice coming out of the laptop, hop over and stick her butt into the camera 😝🤣
Then she tagged me in a post on Facebook - she was ready to have a dog in her life again. Beyond excited and looking forward to this new phase in her life.
Then …
The bad news.
Her landlady doesn’t allow the dog.
Apparently, she made an exception for the cat because she was old but no, she doesn’t allow pets. 😳
So, no dog for my friend until she finds another place to live.
Turns out, some cities are pet-friendlier than others. Some increase the rent more than others ..
